A range of wethered males for Pet/Guards

All our alpaca are easy to move about paddocks without the need to be halter trained. They are easily encouraged with a biscuit of hay and will come most times when called to see if they are going to get a treat, however, some have been halter trained if they were ever shown, and some to walk for Junior Paraders around obstacle courses and are priced accordingly. All are up to date with with their husbandry and vaccinations. Here at Rosegum we offer ongoing support to make sure the health and well-being for both alpaca and owner is optimal.

We encourage a purchase of at least 3 wethered boys (never one on its own) as this creates a small herd environment for them, helping them to feel safe and not stressed.

***NB*** - Alpaca are herd animals and must have a minimum of two (ideally 3) to sustain a healthy happy life. We at Rosegum will NEVER sell an animal on their own without knowing there is currently other alpaca already at the purchasers place for them to be with.
